Later, the information received from our clients is a subject to the detailed analysis and statistics, bases on which we take corrective actions toward the brought to out attention deficiencies in order to continuously satisfy the needs of our customer.
This way the opinion of each and every one of our customers matters and has an influence on all the processes of the production and, therefore, the end-results.
Our customer service department maintains contacts with our clients and constantly on the look for the new and convenient ways for our clients to be able to exchange the information with the company.
